TEAM BUILDING Program
The purpose of this “Building Your Team” program is to help you become proficient at building high performance teams in your downline, starting with YOUR team!
What is a team?
“A team is a group of individuals who depend on each other (interdependent) to achieve a shared goal.”
This is MUCH different than creating a community of folks who are “hanging out” together. Building a Team results in a cohesive unit, who support each other, challenge each other, depend on each other and do this business together.
Because this is a workshop program, the prep work will require less reading and more mindset preparation. During the hour-long session, we will do exercises, with some teaching, to equip you to build your own high-performance team! At the end of the session, there will be homework to apply during the following week.
In our first week we are going to work with the team and identify a shared goal. You will learn some approaches, terminology, and practices that will help you create teams within your downline. One secret…NO ONE can make it to Diamond on their own. The more teams we can create, the greater the chance that everyone will be successful!
This program is designed for any rank where you have a potential team that you believe is able to come together in a special way. You will likely have the best results as your rank builds to Silver and beyond.
The Team Building program runs for 5 weeks with each session lasting 60 minutes.
Investment: $200 (payable in 2 installments).
Testimonials
Very valuable – not only for our business here, but every area of life that we have leadership positions. Was my first coaching experience and I really enjoyed the curriculum and format. I liked the guided conversations and would use it for my group.
This is the 1st training and I’m grateful for this group. Loved the format of reading and then discussion. Partner work was very helpful as well.
So so good! Learning collaboration techniques and communicating within this group and therefore to use in all other areas. I thought the way the process and lessons built on each other were very helpful. Working with crosslines was great and in a way that did edify one another, with opportunity to practice skills in and out of the training was fantastic. Grateful for the opportunity!! Came out with lots to chew on and information to use for further growth. Looking forward to DL training in the future.
Training was very good, increased communication and prompted deeper thinking. Would recommend it and would do it with my own team.
Playing off each other’s strengths helped to know we all had a place here, and the accountability helped to highlight that.
I loved the relationship mapping! I will share this with my team! Working with cross-line I’ve never worked with before to achieve a goal was so awesome! Collaboration is KEY! Teamwork versus working in silos! My FAV was sharing how we each inspired each other! This drew a real closeness! Will never forget, will continue to reach out and work together and will for sure leverage to my team! Thank you Eric and ALL!
Very valuable. Having everyone come together on communication and collaboration and use each other’s strengths and fill in on weaknesses. Will definitely use with my team. I appreciated everyone in the group was motivated to be leaders.
I was so grateful for this training! Reminders for open ended questions, many light bulb moments, lots of useful information to be used in my team! I loved the collaboration with other cross line members and finding different strengths to work with. I loved the edifying of one another and cheerleading! Downline leadership training is on my radar.
Totally thankful and blessed to have joined this training! I feel more confident with myself and with the group! I really like the communication, collaboration and getting to know each other on different levels personally and business. Totally will be using these tips with my group! Thank you Eric for taking the time and for pouring into our team!
Really enjoyed the opportunity and process. I found the focus on communication and collaboration extremely helpful. I would love to do this with my team.
Lots of light bulb This moments. Showed how often I have the “do it myself” thought, but when I let go and ask people to help it feels much lighter. Showed how difficult it can be for people to work together and be accountable and we need to remember this when asking our teams to be involved in things. This has made me evaluate what team means when used in regard to Network Marketing.
