I was wanting for a coaching/leadership program but wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. I kept seeing people mention the Downline Leadership program in various groups I am in and finally decided to take the plunge…and I am so glad I did.

This program was exactly what I was looking for. The content in the book was a game changer for me in terms of how I view leadership and how I want to be as a leader. The 10-week program with other leaders and Eric working through the book, working together to grow and inspire each other was incredible. I felt like it was a very powerful mastermind group, with Eric coaching us through the process.

When our 10 weeks were up, I couldn’t believe they went by so fast! I was very excited to participate in DLL 2.0 with our same group of leaders, meeting monthly and workshopping various issues. I have become so close with the leaders in our program and value their feedback and have such great respect for what Eric has put together. Downline Leadership is a must do program for any YL builder.

Eric Walton’s Downline Leadership 2.0 Course is unlike anything else I have done for my business. It is such an amazing follow up to Downline Leadership program. It truly is set apart in that you are doing the work and then coming together to practice and learn from one another each month. The way it pushes who we already are to another level is just incredible. I have learned so much in a short period of time and it has shifted my leadership skills to a new level. Eric Walton is truly inspirational and listens to you in a way that he can then facilitate growth. Grateful for this course and I recommend it to all who have the desire to grow.

The monthly Downline Leadership 2.0 has been a tremendous help for me and my business. It has helped me realize which areas I would still like to improve on and once a month I get the helpful advice from Eric and the wonderful crossline ladies that are in my group, that I now call friends. One of the assignments brought our group closer together because each one of us had a piece of the assignment. It wouldn’t work unless we all did it. What a wonderful exercise to implement with our teams, so they see and know they are part of something special, and without them, it just wouldn’t work. With this assignment, you see how valued and important you are. Another exercise we did was on direct conversations. Although this was extremely hard for me to do, we practiced on each other in a safe and loving environment, then received helpful advice on how we can improve. Where else would you get this kind of advice? Nowhere! Everyone is honest and kind and I appreciated that so much. If you have already done Eric’s 10-week Downline Leadership program, you have to follow it up with this. It keeps you plugged in to everything you have learned and helps you to take it one step further. I highly recommend it.
